Business Communication-I (Course Code usually BBA-103C or AEC-101) is a 4-credit Ability Enhancement/Core Course under NEP-2020 at Cluster University Jammu, designed to develop professional written and oral communication skills from day one. Unit-wise Syllabus & Marks Distribution: Unit I: Basics of Communication (15 marks) → Meaning, process, objectives; 7Cs of effective communication; types – verbal/non-verbal, formal/informal, upward-downward-lateral; barriers & how to overcome them; grapevine & its management.
