Cluster University Jammu 1st Semester BBA Environmental Science and Sustainability Previous Year Question Paper
The Previous Year Question Paper of “Environmental Science and Sustainability” in the 1st semester BBA at Cluster University Jammu is the most relevant, current-affairs-linked and surprisingly high-scoring paper that every student solves 8–10 times. This 3-hour, 70-mark paper (plus 30 marks internal/project) is 50% theory + 30% application + 20% J&K-specific. Section A contains 10 compulsory short questions on ecosystem, biodiversity, pollution types, climate change, and sustainable development goals. Section B tests concepts like carbon footprint, green business, ESG framework, circular economy, waste management hierarchy, and environmental laws (EPA 1986, Wildlife Act 1972, Forest Act 1980, Plastic Waste Rules). Section C carries three long, case-based questions — “Role of business in achieving SDGs”, “Impact of climate change on J&K tourism & agriculture”, “Corporate Social Responsibility & Environment (Sec-135 + Schedule VII)”, and “Success stories of green companies (Tata Power, ITC, Patanjali, J&K startups)”. Every year 15–20 marks come directly from current events (COP conferences, Net-Zero targets, LiFE Mission, Namami Gange, J&K’s Dal Lake cleaning, Tawi river rejuvenation). Students who solve the last 8–10 years’ papers develop extraordinary answer-writing skills with facts & figures and score 94–100 easily. Toppers maintain a personal “Green Business + J&K Eco-Issues Diary”. This question paper is therefore not just an exam — it is the direct ticket to CSR jobs, sustainability roles in Tata, Adani Green, Reliance, Deloitte Sustainability, campus placements, and MBA entrances where environment & ethics carry heavy weightage. Practising it repeatedly turns a regular BBA student into a responsible, eco-conscious future manager from day one. (332 words)
